  Horrible customer service I have ever experienced!!! Went in at 8:20am to get a project laminated for my sons class. I asked the girl if that was possible, and she replied that they were backed up with online "priority" orders that needed to be done by 9am, and if I wanted to leave the project, it would be done by 930am. I saw the machine right in front of me not being used or anyone working on any orders! I then asked if there was any way I could please get this done (since it only takes about 10 seconds or so to go through the laminating machine) because I was in a hurry and my child's assignment was due at 9am. I got no sympathy or any kind of apologies for the inconvenience only that I should visit another staples nearby if I wanted it done for me. I then proceeded to go to the checkout line and wanted to complain, but there was a line and no longer wanted to waste my time in that store. I did however find a local place nearby- PostNet in San Dimas, who were so awesome and quick to complete my order just in time! Will never return to that Staples in Glendora again!
